Both of us are at the Culinary Center of Kansas City for the holiday cocktail class with Bruce Campbell. The winter cocktails are the point; the bites keep us standing through the night. The Culinary Center’s holiday programming is the right move for December bar education.

Holiday cocktail classes at the Culinary Center of Kansas City in Overland Park with Chef Bruce Campbell — the same instructor who runs the year-round Cocktail 101 program, scaled up for winter pours and shareable bites. Hands-on format, full kitchen support, holiday-themed cocktail curriculum.
The Culinary Center was founded around 1998 by Laura Laiben; Bruce Campbell has taught there since 2006.
