Drunken Unicorn Whiskey Class
Leavenworth, KS · John & Shauna were there
Where we are.
John and Shauna are teaching the Drunken Unicorn Whiskey Class out of the Leavenworth tasting room. Mash bill, proof, finish — explained side by side with the bottles in front of the group instead of words on a slide. The point is the same as the point of the show: help bourbon-curious adults read what’s actually in their glass.
The detail.
What is the Drunken Unicorn Whiskey Class?
Drunken Unicorn is John and Shauna’s bourbon education company, run out of the tasting room in Leavenworth, Kansas. The classes serve two audiences: beginners getting their first real introduction to American whiskey, and intermediate drinkers ready to advance their palate from preference into vocabulary.
The Whiskey Class is the structured-curriculum format — mash bill, proof, finish, and the bottles that demonstrate each, walked through end to end. The class is the same content the Drunken Unicorn brand is built on: working bourbon education, not entertainment.
