What is the Fred B. Noe Craft Distillery?
The Fred B. Noe Craft Distillery (FBN) is the small-batch, innovation-focused operation on the Jim Beam campus in Clermont, Kentucky — opened in 2021 as the home for Beam’s experimental and limited production. Named for Booker Noe’s son Fred and run by Beam’s eighth-generation Master Distiller Freddie Noe III, FBN is where the Little Book series, Knob Creek special releases, Booker’s small-batch limited bottlings, and Beam innovation projects come from.
