Five Farms Irish Cream Tasting

Where we are.
Both of us are at the Five Farms tasting with Tara O’Reilly. The single-estate angle is the real one — fresher than any other Irish cream, and the dairy provenance is genuinely the difference. Five Farms is the Irish cream that earns its place on a serious bar.
The detail.
What is Five Farms Irish Cream?
Five Farms Single Batch Irish Cream Liqueur is a 33-proof (17% ABV) cream liqueur made with cream gathered from five family-owned dairies in County Cork, Ireland — combined with Irish whiskey within forty-eight hours of collection. The single-estate sourcing is the differentiator: most commercial Irish creams blend dairy from across regions for shelf stability; Five Farms commits to one watershed.
The U.S. brand owner-importer is McCormick Distilling Company / Holladay Distillery in Weston, Missouri. Tara O’Reilly is the Irish-side public-facing voice for the brand. The whiskey component is sourced from Irish Distillers (Midleton, Co. Cork).
