What is High Bank Distillery?
High Bank Distillery at 1051 Goodale Boulevard in Grandview Heights (Columbus), Ohio is the production craft distillery and adjacent restaurant founded in 2018 by Jordan Helman and Head Distiller Adam Hines. The flagship Whiskey War Barrel Proof Blended Whiskey won Best Blended Whiskey in America at the 2021 ADI Awards. The brand name references the 1875 Westerville saloon attacks that helped birth the Anti-Saloon League and Prohibition.
High Bank was Columbus’s first distillery to open with an attached restaurant under Ohio’s modernized distillery law.
