What is Whiskey in the Winter?
Whiskey in the Winter at the Hyatt Regency St. Louis at the Arch is St. Louis’s largest whiskey festival — a single-evening December tasting with VIP and general admission tiers, hundreds of pours of bourbon, rye, scotch, Irish, Japanese, and world whiskies. Founded in 2012 by Synergy Productions LLC (Amit Dhawan, managing partner), the inaugural year drew about seven hundred attendees and one hundred fifty whiskies; the modern event has run as high as one thousand eight hundred tickets and sells out within minutes of the on-sale.
VIP tickets include early entry and access to a separate rare and allocated pours room.
